What does your warranty cover?

Warranty covers any malfunctions or defects under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period White Goods Direct will repair or replace at no charge, products or parts of a product that are found to be defective under normal use and maintenance.


What will we do to fix the issue?

White Goods Direct will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts.

If the product cannot be repaired, White Goods Direct will offer a replacement.

If a repaired product is still found to be defective within the warranty period a full refund is offered to the customer.


How long does the warranty last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from White Goods Direct is 3 months from the date of purchase.

A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchased good.


What to do if your product is malfunctioning?

Try to gather as much information as you can about the malfunction and contact White Goods Direct.  This may include any unfamiliar sounds the product is making, error messages displayed or any other unusual behaviours the product may be showing.

Please have your invoice or any other documents relating to the purchase of your product available.


What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any damage or malfunction caused by defects in material or workmanship.

For any exchange or repair, customers must provide a copy of the original receipt or other proof of purchase.

Products that had been delivered by White Goods Direct will not incur additional delivery/pick up charges for repairs.


What doesn’t the warranty cover?

Customers picking up their products must transport them in an upright position or the warranty will be void.

Damage or malfunction of a product due to negligence or unauthorised modification of the product.

Any issues that the customer had been made aware of prior to purchase, either verbally or through online advertisements and photos.

If the product is not returned in it’s original state.  Customers are advised not to attempt to fix or take apart any products as the warranty will be void.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.



Customers are offered full refunds if the product cannot be repaired, if malfunctions continue after repairs are carried or if a replacement product malfunctions.

White Goods Direct must assess a returned product before refunds are given.  Please allow at least a one day process to pick up the product, undertake assessment and issue refunds.
