All of the products sold by Kids Off The Kerb are refurbished items.
Product may have dents and scratches or missing parts, please check all photos and description for condition of product.
All products are tested and tagged by our qualified technicians and are sold with a 3-month warranty.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment methods must be clear prior to delivery of items.
Customers purchasing a product from online sources (EBay/Gumtree) that wish to pay by methods other than PayPal are asked to contact Kids Off The Kerb White Goods Refurbishment And Recycling program in order to make arrangements.
If no contact/payment from buyer is made within 5 days from initial offer, the item will be relisted.

PICK UP AVAILABLE
Customers can pick up their purchased products from Kids Off The Kerb White Goods Refurbishment And Recycling program factory.
pick up times are:
Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 4:00pm
Weekends – 9:00am to 12:00pm

All collected products must be transported in an upright position or product warranty will be void.
White Goods Refurbishment And Recycling program offers free local delivery (Thomastown).
Non-local delivery fees start at $25. Conditions apply.
Delivery is only available in Victoria.
Delivery times are between 8:00am to 4:00pm – Monday-Friday.
Returned items due to customer error will incur further delivery charges.
All customers will be contacted prior to delivery. If contact cannot be made, delivery will be cancelled or rescheduled.
Delivery charges are non-refundable
Due to OHS we will only deliver to ground floor, unless there is a lift available.
All products come with a 3 Month replacement or repair warranty.
Return to base warranty applies to all products.

If a product arrives faulty or not as described, White Goods Direct will exchange or repair the product.
For any exchange or repair, customers must have a copy of the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
Return products must be in the original state of purchase. Non-cleaned product will incur a cleaning fee.
